We deliver in everywhere in the world. For parcel in France, you receive your shoes very quick, in 2 to 5 days from the date you order on line. Our of France, deliveries are from 3 to 5 days within Europe boundaries and from 5 to 10 days abroad / overseas. The parcel are sent from Monday to Friday.

We send all our parcels with our French partner So Colissimo. Once in your country, your local postal service take the lead. You receive your parcel number by email on the day we send it to you, in order to follow your order at any time. You can also consult the follow up on your Dolce account.

Free Returns

You have 35 days to deceide weither or not you would like to change for another size of colour (15 days for articles on sale). Free returns only apply for deliveries in France Métropolitaine.

For deliveries out of France, you need to send us your return and we send you your new shoes at our own charge (the day we receive the return) !

To return an article, complete the formular in your Dolce account and send your parcel at our address in France.

Full Satisfaction of Full Refund

You changed your mine? No worries, we give you 35 days (15 days for articles on sale) to return your articles and ask for a refund. Returns are 100% free inside France.

For deliveries out of France, you need to send us your return and we will do the refund on your bank account the day we receive the return.
