The following Terms & Conditions apply for and only. Terms and conditions in our shops are different.


1.1. Conditions

The client must fill in the compulsory areas in order to place an order.
Every order implies accepting the description, price and the delivery cost of the item in question.
The sales act is final only after the confirmation of the order by mail and the payment of the sum.
“” is liable for the orders until the depletion of stocks.
The photos supporting the product are non-contractual; the colors may vary from one screen to the other.
The client admits reading and accepting the present terms and conditions before passing the order without opposing “” with any other document.
The information recorded by “” is the proof of the overall transaction held between “” and the client.
“” reserves the right to cancel /refuse any order of a client with which a previous bone of contention or a potential risk exists.

1.2 Order confirmation

The total price indicated on the order confirmation is final. It comprises all taxes including the VAT. This price includes the price of the article, handling, packaging, storage and transportation fees. remains the owner of the goods until the complete payment of the article and the delivery fee (L621-122 /2 commercial law).


All goods are stored in our warehouse and boutiques.
The items that we propose on “” are limited by our stocks .The information on the availability of our products is communicated to the client at the moment of the order.
If an item is unavailable after passing the order; “” is liable to inform the client as soon as possible. The order will be cancelled automatically.


3.1 Sales price

The prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes including VAT at 19.6%.
The prices indicated on the product presentations do not include the delivery/transportation fees.
The items and the delivery fees will be charged on the bases of ongoing rates at the time of the order take-in.

3.2 Means of payment

The payment of the purchases are done by

- Bank cards
Carte Bleue , Visa , Eurocard, Mastercard .

In order to assure the security of the payments, “” uses the secured payment services of the Crédit du Nord Bank. This service includes the SSL security norm. The confidential information (16 digit bank card number, expiry date, CVX security code) are coded and directly transmitted to the server of the bank without passing by the physical elements of “” server. Once the order is confirmed, the payment request is routed in real time to the secured remote payment management system. The remote payment in question issues an authorisation to the bank card network. The wireless payment system delivers an electronic certificate which confirms the amount and the date of the transaction in accordance with the stipulations of articles 1316 and the following of the French civil code.

- PayPal
With PayPal, your financial information is never communicated to “”. PayPal encrypts and protects your bank card number. You pay online by simply indicating your e-mail address and your password.

- Checks (in Euros)
Items to be paid by check are ordered via our Numero Azur (0810 555 536) from France metropolitan only. The order is placed directly to our customer service and your parcel is delivered together with your invoice upon reception of your check.


4.1 Lead Time

The deliveries are assured by “Colissimo Suivi”; the postal service from Monday till Friday .

  • For deliveries to Metropolitan France, Andorra and Monaco:
    The lead time is 48 h working days. The mean time varie from 2 to 5 days.
    The delivery to Andorra is approximately 4 days.
  • For DOM-TOM deliveries (French overseas departments and territories):
    The usual lead time is between 5-7 working days.
    The parcel is delivered and countersigned by the client. In case of non-delivery due to absence, an “information slip” is left to the mail box of the addressee.
  • For European deliveries:
    The usual lead time is between 3-5 days. We do not deliver the rest of the world anymore.

  • “” is not responsible for the delays arising from the postal service.

The parcel number will be e-mailed at the moment of dispatch which makes the follow-up of the parcel possible at any moment on line.

4.2 Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are due for all orders coming from metropolitan France, Andorra and Monaco; 6.90 euros of participation fee will be charged no matter the amount of the order.
For all orders coming from other countries the participation fees will vary according to the destination of the country.

  • 6.90€ shipping fee for France metropolitan
  • 10€ shipping fee with VAT for Europe (excluding Monaco, Switzerland and Vatican)


All items purchased at “” may be exchanged free of charge for another size or model or refunded.
“” extends the cooling off period during which the customer can exchange the product or use the right of withdrawal to 35 days from the date the article is sent.

The return fees are covered by “” only for France Metropolitan. Returns from countries out of France are at the own expense of the client and non-refundable.

The client may request a return by connecting to “” –“your account ” section. “” will send by e-mail or post a “prepaid return sticker” to be put on the parcel.

The return might be refused if the item in question is worn, damaged or impaired rendering the article unfit for resale.
The refused items will be returned to the owner at “”’s expense without any refund or indemnity.
In case of any error in the model/size whilst the preparation of the order,“” engages in exchanging the article.

5.2 Returns of tights and socks

For hygiene raisons tights, leggins, socks etc are not exchangeable nor refundable if worn or opened.
